Background

Daye Polytechnic College was established in 2004 E.C. under the name Daye Construction College and later renamed to reflect its expanded focus. Guided by its vision to become a center of excellence in agro-processing and rank among the top ten national polytechnic colleges by 2028, the college provides quality, demand-driven TVET training. It produces skilled and innovative professionals through outcome-based education tailored to labor market demands. With over 5,000 trainees trained through long- and short-term programs, the college is dedicated to socio-economic development, technology transfer, and industrial extension services. Its core values emphasize excellence, innovation, inclusiveness, and total quality management. "We Strive for Excellence!"
